Second prototype: the phone becomes a messenger
The Motorola is back, with a much smaller job: it only passes information along. A separate server, for now my own computer, does the thinking. It understands what came in, decides whether it is relevant enough to tell me, and answers whatever I ask back. All of it by voice, no screen. The real test comes next: lock our own phones away, where we can no longer look at the screen, and see whether we can live a normal day with this new kind of friction.

First prototype discarded
The first prototype was a Motorola inside a box. It worked, but its functionality would not have been enough to let you stop using your own phone calmly, so we set it aside. The next one is already in the works, before the MVP.

The idea now has a home: three questions and a way for you to answer them. Every response goes straight into what we build next.
